Project
Xenia Concept
An iconic modernist building, the old Xenia Nafplio (1965–1970), is being transformed into a contemporary boutique hotel. Large windows, open spaces, and clean lines highlight both the view and the architecture of the past. My approach is based on balancing light, history, and the overall experience.
Information
The old Xenia in Nafplio, an iconic example of modern Greek architecture from 1965–1970, was the core of my thesis project and the starting point for a new hospitality vision.
Respecting the building’s historical identity, I transformed it into a contemporary boutique hotel, enlarging the rooms and opening up the space with large windows that embrace the view and natural light.
