The color palette features beige tones, accented with granite, black details, and touches of gold, giving the apartment an air of modern luxury.

The approach focused on creating a space that is both practical for everyday living and visually striking. Beige was chosen as the base to convey calmness and brightness, while black and gold details added dynamism and elegance.

Granite was selected as a key material for durability and timelessness, and the open-plan living room–kitchen layout emphasizes flow and sociability. The result is a modern apartment with a sense of luxury, perfectly suited to the needs of contemporary living.
