In a 1981 building in Kallithea, a complete renovation was carried out for a 65 m² apartment, designed for a young couple.

The aesthetic follows minimal lines while reflecting the personalities of both owners: subtle, elegant, and tailored to the practical needs of a modern home.

Approach

The renovation of the Kallithea apartment focused on a single key goal: to create a space that equally reflects both owners. Through earthy tones and clean, minimal lines, emphasis was placed on practicality without sacrificing a sense of elegance.

The design was organized around the couple’s daily life—their routines, needs, and desire for a space that remains relaxing and familiar. Material and color choices were guided by warmth and timelessness, ensuring the apartment feels not just renovated, but personal and unique.
